Foraging for wellbeing

Nature is not just a green blur. There trees and plants that have great function: not only are edible but are medicinal or useful too. There are plants that have great form: of great beauty and design. There are plants that are part of our ancestral psyche too.

On these short journeys (2-3 hours) we focus on developing and using our five senses in relation to these plants, discover what they can be used for and also trigger memories of our past. We also, through various mindful activities place ourselves more in the ‘present’, within the great green blur of nature.
